The Nemesis and Doctor Strange Tutorial is the third episode of Ultimate ASSIST ME!, the official tutorial series for Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3. It was originally released on YouTube October 19, 2011. The episode was co-written by Andrew Schieffer and Maximilian Christiansen, and directed by Maximilian, the series creator.
Plot[]
Max and Doom were playing a match on Metro City as Doom is smack-talking Max thinking he isn't playing until Max manages to get a perfect and tells Doom to get him a margarita. Doom mutters and complains in anger and walks to the fridge but instead walks back with a pair of sunglasses. Max notice that Doom didn't bring back a margarita and holds the sunglasses until they then hear a familiar screaming, and Wesker teleports beside Max on their couch and takes his shades. As he looks at both of them, the three of them scream in shock to see each other while Max and Doom spring into action out of their couch, hoping he's not here to kill them from previous episodes. Wesker explains to them since Jill left him, nothing seems to be going according to his way, even his rap career is in shambles, and due to that situation he's in, he's looking for a place to stay since they the only 'friends' he has. Angrily, Doom yells "FRIENDS?! WHAT THE-" but Max interrupts him and says Wesker can help show off Nemesis while Doom is still in shock that Max ask him for help.
After Nemesis' tutorial, Wesker makes fun of Doom by suggesting to Max if he wants to 'replace' a character he'll pick Nemesis. Doom gets mad and wants him gone but Max tells him to calm down and not act as a child. Wesker adds that the only downside to using Nemesis is that he's difficult to control. Suddenly Nemesis then walked up to Wesker, and says he is hungry and starts beating him up (in-game). Doom comments that Wesker is cruel for not feeding him while Wesker retorts by saying that Doom doesn't pay the rent and then tries to tell Nemesis to stop beating him up, as he got his suit dry-cleaned. Nemesis doesn't comply and says "I WANT TACOS!". Outraged by Nemesis' actions, Wesker tosses his phone away and takes Max's arcade-stick and starts beating up Nemesis for 'damaging his 500 dollar Italian sunglasses'. Doom takes his phone secretly while commented to Wesker about Wesker doing domestic abuse to Nemesis while Max tries to calm down Wesker that beating up Nemesis won't solve it. Wesker says thats how he raised him and he turned out fine. Max then suggests someone in which turns out to be Doctor Strange, thus starting his tutorial.
After Doctor Strange's tutorial, Doom is looking through Wesker's phone contacts, being Dormammu, Magneto, M.O.D.O.K., and to Doom's surprise GALACTUS. The phone rings to the Nyan Cat tune and Doom frighteningly answers, Galactus tells him the plans to eradicate Max and Doom by accident and walks back to the couch, and asks Wesker how life is without samples. Wesker says he no longer needs them Max congratulates him for his new behavior until Doom reveals the plans for Galactus. Max was shocked to hear that while Wesker was about to tell them his involvement until he reveals his true colors and tries to attack Max. Luckily Doom snaps his fingers, teleporting Wesker somewhere else. Max says he is getting too good at that as Doom commented that he does it to look good. Just then Wesker's voice was heard in the TV, ordering them to let him out of the TV. Wesker also realizes that he's wearing his old S.T.A.R.S. uniform, based on pre-order DLC. Nemesis walks up to him, and Wesker asks him what he needs. Nemesis simply replies with "S.T.A.R.S." Wesker sees his uniform and was about to explain to him until Nemesis uses his Level 3 Hyper Combo to eat him. He screams in pain as Max is grossed out and Doom laughs at him, calling him a scrub.
