DoomTales is an assist me special, mostly as a way to celebrate the announcement of DuckTales:Remastered.
Synopsis
Max is busy playing an online match in Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3, only to be defeated by his opponent's Vergil. Complaining that there should be an update, Doom retorts it won't happen as they're patching Street Fighter IV. Max is dumbfounded, as Doom tells him that he should be getting out more, rather than playing Marvel. Max soon adds they're re-releasing Dungeons and Dragons as well as DuckTales: Remastered. Doom's eyes widen in surprise, Max looks over at Doom to see if he's okay. Doom happily pulls on a hat and a pair of monocle-like glasses, mimicking Scrooge McDuck's catchphrase "Bless me Bagpipes" by saying "Bless me Doompipes". Claiming with the game in production, Doom believes Capcom finally made a good decision. Doom soon goes out in a happy stride, to a montage of him doing the cane pogo trick, with the original sound effects, to a parody of the DuckTales theme. Going from pogo-ing down stairs and playing golf with Max's copy of Street Fighter X Tekken, to playing dance dance revolution (doing perfect with the pogo-cane). Along with flashbacks to previous videos, namely Assist Me! Taskmaster's finale ending, to Doom Equis' video. As soon as the montage ends, Doom seems to be in some daze from excitement. Max soon asks where his copy of SFxT has gone off to, with Doom lying by saying "I dunno..." as the song ends.
